        The woman who works there now has done a wonderful job. She has completely clean up the space, it’s always organized and her customer service is exemplary! She also planted beautiful flowers out front out of her own pocket!

        Always sends back mail for no reason currently looking to complain to someone higher up if you have any idea who to contact regarding this issue please let me know! I will find a way to make sure your higher ups know about all the mail you send back now.

        I didnt have issues with my packages when it was still Roxanne who worked at this post office. I also liked Jasmine who always make sure my packages are safe even if that means getting out of the van to put my stuff at our front porch. Now, with the new people, my packages are late. One time it was out for delivery and I was already at home when the van came, but was busy watching something. The delivery guy tagged it as no one was home to receive the package and nowhere safe to leave the package. I was again at home and no one rang the doorbell or knocked at the door. No notice was left too. Saw that I had to pick it up thru USPS mobile app. Today, I scheduled for a pick up for 2 packages. Again, the van just drove by! I couldve just dropped it off this morning knowing that theyre only open till noon today!

        I wish I could put negative stars. I was a resident here 20 years and was previously able to get mail and packages sent to me with a physical address. I have since relocated to Florida and Im in the middle of planning my wedding. I have been trying to send my mom my bridesmaids gifts and other things for the wedding and some items were sent back and some she was able to pick up and I am stuck having to pay to reship everything that was sent back. Something that was suppose to be very simple has turned into a nightmare to get things resent. I tried to have my mom talk to the post office lady and she told me she was afraid because the lady that works in there is very rude to her for no reason and after reading other reviews, I realize my mom is not the the only one having issues.
