Nice place, the staff is friendly and efficient; the place is clean and comfortable. Just maybe don't bother seeing a film in theatre 6, as twice in a row now there's been something wrong with the audio. The other rooms don't seem to have this problem, but every time I'm in theatre 6 I hear the music and sound effects just fine, but the dialogue is quiet and sometimes unintelligible. I mentioned it to them the first time, and the staff was very responsive and thankful, so maybe it turns out it's something that can't be fixed. Or maybe they think I'm crazy. Or maybe I am crazy... But only in theatre 6. Weird.

Hot in the summer, cold in the winter. I wanted to be more cozy watching the movie Maybe they're trying to save on their electric bill. Felt like cold air blowing on us the whole movie. My coat wasn't enough. Needed a blanket. I'm quite hardy but that was a cold room and 28 outside. Thought there'd be heat.
Last summer it was stuffy and humid 3 different movies. The whole point of going was to get away from the weather extremes and that didn't happen. Might as well wait for streaming if I can't have some degree of comfort. Just sayin'
Otherwise, usually quiet in the off season. Lines in the summer months. Started buying tickets online last summer but there's no special line or scanners for prepaid tickets so we had to stand at the back of long lines just to scan our phones to get through. Missed the beginning of movies twice. That's arriving a half hour early. So in the summer, expect a line and get there very early or pick up tickets early especially during popular showtimes to avoid line with only one cashier registering tickets. A few young ladies are very kind and understanding. Wish I could remember the names.
