Seriously unprofessional. Ryan never once showed up on time for a meeting. He didnt make a single follow up phone call or email after meetings. I had to call over and over again to get any response. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. When confronted about it he blamed his assistant. We were told our drawings would be complete and ready for contractors in 1-2 weeks after he started the project. 2 months later I was still waiting. The only prompt response I received from him was after an email I sent firing him. Even then he never called to salvage the working relationship. He did continue to reach out - only about invoices he had never sent in the first place, and then charged a late fee because it wasnt paid. He needs a lot of education on communication and business management. I would never recommend him to anyone planning a new project, big or small. Definitely look elsewhere.

I will start with a positive and say that Ryan is friendly and courteous. He does, however, need help in the professionalism department. Late to my house for a meeting by more than 30 minutes and no call. Slow to communicate throughout our design process. We requested drawings for a kitchen remodel that involves expanding our kitchen and the blueprint of our house - he provided drawings for the interior but never the exterior - which should be a no brainer as our roofline and exterior would be changing and we discussed this during the initial in-home consult. I did eventually get the exterior drawings after 2 months, and many emails. His drawings are 2d only unless you want to pay more and honestly I could have done them myself online with Ikea's kitchen drawing and design software. Ryan wasn't really insightful on design either -basically wasted a decent chunk of money for very little input or design.
