Breathe Yoga Salt

Instructor was amazing and women/community were very friendly. Studio was very clean and storefront decor was inviting, locker room area and props were very nice. I would have liked a tour of the rest of the studio, salt rooms etc. Will definitely be. Ack!

The instructor was very knowledgeable and offered modifications and explations during the practice. It was a very effective restorative practice. My body felt soothed and wonderful after.

I went for one class and left with a month unlimited pass because I enjoyed the studio that much. The vibe is welcoming and relaxing, and the studio is very clean. They provide blankets, bolster, blocks, salt weights, and straps for the classes. There are coat hooks and keyed lockers for your stuff. They offer an app for scheduling classes (which I really like), or you can call in to schedule. They offer a variety of classes with different instructors. I'm new to yoga, so I need to watch the instructor for poses. Most instructors were mindful to this, as they could see me looking around for guidance. Overall, I'm really enjoying my yoga journey here at BSY!
