I hate the customer service here. The black lady that works here and calls herself a manager has a horrible disposition.

Our driver today was excellent. Helped with the wheelchair and was back to pick us up within 10 mins after making the return pickup.

the one driver i like the most is Akira, she keeps her car VERY clean, is social, arrives on time every time, and will always notify you if she can't make your trip, If i had the option to i wouldn't ask for anyone else.

Resource Transportation has an awesome and very considerate driver name, Akira Le. Akira has the heart to be responsible for ensuring my husband is transported to his dialysis center promptly. She makes sure to accomplish what is right from her heart to please his transportation service, even when other drivers are scheduled to transport him. Akira is a completely reliable and caring driver who will take her time calling us to ensure we get what we deserve for our transportation service, which is rare to receive from other transportation service providers. Thank you Akira, you have been truly a blessing for us.
