Belle Tire

As someone who hates dealing with car stuff but has chronic tire problems, I was so pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful everyone was. They kept me posted, explained things very well, and didnt make me feel like an idiot in the process. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue all within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this place and I will absolutely be going there again with any future tire problems.

I don't like when people do their jobs properly and it pisses me off. I dropped off my vehicle yesterday before noon and I was told I would be called once it's ready but I did not find out it's ready until I called this morning and I picked up the vehicle, tires for replaced but none of tires air pressure for correct I have to turn around come back and apply air. So they don't really care about your time I would not recommend this place

Guys were rude. Manager David/tony hung up on my mom. Tried to make me pay for new bearings $475 after they messed up my car by stripping my vehicle/putting the wrong locks on when I purchased new wheels from them. Said guys who originally worked on my car were fired ?They dont take accountability well & try everything to point blame at everyone else, avoid this location on Plymouth rd. -They also messed up my family members truck (completely damaged his brand new rims while getting new tires) he got compensated from speaking to higher ups. Avoid the headache & go to the belltire on ford rd.
