Kearns Brothers

Don't use Kearns Brothers. They installed full new roof 2007 and that roof started leaking 2020. Since roof was out of warranty they charged me $850 to install soffit vents and baffles to increase air flow because they thought it was a ventilation issue causing the leak. That didn't fix the problem so I asked if the $850 could go to a new roof quote but Jeff and Rudy never provided a discounted quote for a new roof. After never receiving a response for a discounted new roof quote I asked for my $850 back since it didn't fix the leaking roof, they refused to give me my money back. This company is the worst!

Great roofers! Super detailed and competitively priced. They provide a project manager for the job who comes back to do full quality check and fixed anything wrong before you get invoiced.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Kearns Brothers to have an entire new roof installed on my house. Caleb (representative) was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He responded to my question or request swiftly. The project manager Brandon did a great job in inspection afterwards. He is very responsible and showed excellent professionalism. I was very impressed with his quality control effort for the new roof after the installation. The crew did a good job in cleaning. The coordinator Matthew did a good job keeping me posted. Overall, I was satisfied with the performance of the team. I highly recommend Kearns Brothers for your roof work.
