HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

HD Supply is the worst supply vendor I have ever worked with. They cancel items with no notice. It takes weeks if not months before we get our items so next day shipping is a joke. Their promotions aren't even worth it for the amount of time you will have to be on the phone just to get the items. If I could give you zero stars I would!

If I could rate a zero that would be best. Seriously avoid this company at all costs, I needed closet door hardware for a customer of mine. Took over 2 weeks to deliver, to which the track was still missing. 4 calls to the company and waiting 30+ min on hold every time, finally yielded the answer to my question of why it's taking so long, it was lost in transit. Never alerted me so I could make adjustments, just ghosted to figure it out myself apparently. And at this point there isn't enough time to order another, not that I would even give this company another second of my time. Asking for a full refund, I guess we'll see if they suck at that as much as they did delivering my items.

I ordered a door online. It was damaged during transit so it never came. After it was 3 days late, I called to find out why. They notified me it was damaged and they refunded my money without telling me my order was damaged or cancelled. Then they offered me a 10% discount to reorder the same door so I agreed and reordered. Again, the door didn't come so again I call them. They inform me the door was damaged again and my money was refunded without notifying me. This Timothy didn't offer to make it right. Worst company to deal with.

I ordered online. There was no mention of signature required for deliveries and I believe it is a private delivery company, so you cannot track it. I was supposed to have my delivery yesterday. When I spoke to representative yesterday, I was told I'd have the delivery today. I've been waiting at this site all day to sign for a package that is now not coming until tomorrow, again. Meanwhile my project is now officially a day behind and I still don't have the materials.

Two day delivery, and they were happy to follow our requests to leave the items outside the door. Great pricing and has a decent amount of stock left despite the shortages currently happening. It's been a great help to our business when finding disinfectants through our traditional suppliers has been near to impossible. Thank you HD Supply! We will certainly keep you in mind for our future needs.
