Novares has once again randomly and illegally stopped pension payments to my 96 yo mother. Nobody answers the phone or emails over there. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

Currently trying desperately to reach ANYONE at this company. They are currently stealing from my Mother's pension. She is a 94 year-old retiree from this company. I filled out the paperwork at their request to change her quarterly $120.00 pension check to direct deposit. They said they received the paperwork, and since then all pension payments have stopped in any form! How shameful and despicable for a company to do this. I have tried / begged people at that company to assist me and all I get from the outstanding Human Resource Department is, "It's not my job. I'll pass it along." If that is how they deal with little old ladies, be cautious doing business with them!! Keep one hand on your wallet at all times!! UPDATE- Someone finally reached out and settled the issue at hand. 6/23/20

This is a top notch plastic injection molding company. The employees are all very professional and smart.
