CVS Pharmacy

Had to switch CVS pharmacies recently and I'm very satisfied with the services I've been getting at this location. Great and caring employees and pharmacists. Not to mention I feel way more comfortable picking up my prescriptions here than at my old pharmacy

My experience at this CVS pharmacy was a GREAT one. Doris, Carol and Terri were all very helpful and worked very hard to get my uncle who is a Veteran his prescriptions filled in a timely manner with a lot of obstacles with his insurance, Great job and Thank you.

I stopped here for at-home COVID tests. I'm giving 2 stars because they had them in stock, but the experience was quite poor. Every document I've read from insurance and on CVS's website, they say if you buy at the pharmacy counter, there will be no out-of-pocket costs for at-home test kits. Unfortunately, at the pharmacy counter, the pharmacist said they don't run those through insurance and I'd have to buy them at the front. Even after I mentioned what documentation says, they were adamant about not being able to do it, so I saved the receipt and have to go through the hassle myself. I have since confirmed that exact CVS is on BCBS's approved list and absolutely can handle that transaction. Insurance is always a pain to deal with. If the pharmacy can quickly run a purchase through insurance, they should help their patrons. This one voluntarily chose not to.
