The receptionist and whoever answers the phone is very rude and does not welcome customers well at all.
Initially going into my fitting last year, the receptionist was short and snippy. Then we had insurance cover with 10% pay on my part. This all happened in September. In which the price to pay was informed would be $40.
Now after waiting I call to see if they even came in and again the lady on the phone was rude and short about it. And now with the new year I would have to pay $420 instead.
You cannot tell a customer one thing then go change it later on. Especially since I was informed of the price and agreed for the purchase. Now, I had to call about the orthotics only for it to be full price.
No clear communication, Rude Service, would not recommend this location.

My son tried to get fitted for orthotics before going away to college. They cancelled his appointment without notice. Made a new appointment for Thanksgiving break. They misplaced my insurance information that I brought in in person, so it is now Christmas time and they haven't been ordered. We will now have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for them since they will not be received before the new year. In addition, my son will not have them in hand before he goes back to college. So much for planning on my part. Unbelievable!!

The receptionists are not friendly or welcoming. I was told I had to have insurance approval before I could purchase an item. I called several times and was told approval could take days.
I was informed by my insurance company that the item was not approved and the item is never approved by my insurance company. The company stated that Wright& Filippis was aware of that.I waited two weeks for that information, I feel that the company kept me hanging instead of informing me I would have to pay out of pocket. I would have purchased it that day, two weeks later I am going elsewhere.
The atmosphere at this location is cold and uncomfortable.
In my first visit ( my only visit) I was escorted to a room ( the building had one customer, me), the room was loud with banging coming from the wall. When the technician came in, she admitted it was too loud to concentrate and we moved to another room down the hall. Why would I be put in such a loud room if there were plenty of rooms available? When I left my appointment not one receptionist looked up, or acknowledged my departure.
I would not recommend this location.
