First I just want to say that My only regret was that I hadnt met him sooner! Dr Fiani has had myself and my health in his best interest from the beginning, thats difficult to find these days. My story is long so Im just going to say the past two years have been the hardest time in my life except my other spine surgeries- its been a rough 29 years~ I was in unimaginable pain that would not let up no matter what we tried, like Inhumane pain.. I went from walking, driving, spending time with my family and grandson to not being able to move much other than going to the bathroom and Drs after Drs/testing and searching for the reasoning behind all of this! My Daughter has had to do everything for me, Bless her sweet soul!! So I fell in August of 2021 and things changed. It took 3 different Surgeons to get to the bottom of the problem. My pain was on my right side from my hip/low back/groin/leg to my toes. At one point my whole side was completely numb-from the saddle /hip back/and down to my foot. I had bladder retention really bad, along with some other issues. I was finally referred to him and it was such a relief when he walked through the door and within 10 minutes he had a pretty good idea of what was happening.. and put things into motion immediately- thats when I knew he was the one, he was my Dr!! Very smart and knowledgeable in what he does, he takes pride in his work ethics cares about his patients and it shows, to me thats everything I needed because at this point I didnt trust anyone and I didnt think I would be out of my wheelchair and walking on my own! I still have to use my cane, And thats okay for now.. But He did my surgery and its the only thing that has helped!! And hes not done! If you need a neurosurgeon please give him a try, I bet he will be able to help you too, Hes Incredible, and the Staff is very friendly!

Good neurologist. I've had a few and he's definitely my favorite. He did more for me in one visit than my neurologist I had for a couple years.

Dont walk, run to Dr Fiani. You wont be sorry. I knew within 5 minutes I was going to allow him to operate on me after seeing two surgeons before him. Best decision Ive made. I am walking normal one month after surgery after suffering for over a year!!! He truly cares, spends time listening to your concerns, and lets you know what he can do to help. He kept his word and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr.Fiani for all your neurosurgery needs. Thank you Dr. Fiani. I am truly grateful to have found you.
