A very professional Man, Jack took care of all the loose ends when it finally came time to buy a house from a family member. Dealing with family through this was rough at times, but I slept easy knowing I had the right team in my corner. As a first time home buyer i had a lot of questions and the whole process seemed daunting. Jack and Shella helped out a ton to come up with any answer i could need. Very persistent and professional this place is! I would recommend Jack and Shella to the pope if he was in the market. Thanks guys!

We just closed on a house! All thanks to Jack Schwartz, Shella, and the entire Mortgage 1 team! 2.9% in a high property tax city, saved us hundreds per year!! His genuine care of his clients, easy-to- follow emails w/esign helped us keep up-to-date with the tedious underwriting process! Jack's follow up call and passion to help us even after the closing shows that Jack is the best person to trust for your next home purchase!
