Contacted Jack Schwartz on December 23, 2021 at around 3:45pm. Inquiring about a possible refi. He promptly responded on Monday the 27th immediately after the Christmas Holiday. He was friendly, straight forward to the point, and honest. He explained the benefits of my wifes and I current mortgage situation and also informed me that right now a refi would not make financial sense for us. I cannot remember the last time I wrote a review, but the fact that Jack was short, sweet, and to the point others need to know the integrity that Mr. Schwartz has. When it comes time for me or a friend in need of a Mortgage I will definitely point them in Jacks direction.

Todd was great, sent the list of the documents we needed for a refinance and answered all of our questions. The process was extremely fast and very smooth. Highly recommend this company.

Todd is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and great to work with. I have introduced Todd several times over the years to friends, family, and clients. If he can help them, he does,.
