Our new favorite chicken place! You can just tell their standards are very high, and they don't cut corners. Delicious food! Great employees!

Great food. Normally great service, but not today. In drive thru line, lady in front of me places a grocery bag size order, and at the window.... waiting.... waiting... waiting. Then when I ask what the hold up is, she gets mouthy and yells "patience". Seriously? After I had already been in my car three-and-a-half hours, driving home from vacation. I'm tired, a little cranky and not in the mood for attitude. And what does this lady do? Complain to the girls at the window, who in turn chastise me, stating next time, if they seem me rude, they will refuse to serve me. Really? What about her rudeness, holding up the entire drive thru line? How about place your order on line, then go inside to pick it up? How about consideration for other customers? How about if I don't come back for a while and go back to KFC? Norman, y'all need to figure out a better way to handle large orders without holding everyone up. You know me - been eating at your restaurants for more than 14 years. This was not a good experience.

The food is usually very good tonight they forgot my chicken sandwich that I paid for and the chicken was old potatoe wedges was hard the biscuits was the best thing after waiting 20 minutes for my food I was very disappointed I'm a regular customer but tonight was not good I tried calling back but they didn't answer the phone my bill was $52.00 so I was very unhappy.
