    I worked for this company for a few years. Let just say that they dont properly train their employees and that I simply threw away the mail I didnt understand since there was no one there to train me. No one should be forced to work for a company that doesnt even care to invest in training its employees on system functions other than Epic! Its like once they teach you the basics they leave you to mess up innocent people medical documents without even checking in unless or until their is a mistake found. I apologize to all of the people who didnt receive the proper care because, trinity refuses to train its employees on their job duties ! The staff is over worked and under paid. You have to wonder why a company would allow a billing department of only 4-5 employees to manage over 2000 pieces of insurance paperwork a day. This job will drain you to the point you will find yourself doing things that you wouldnt normally in the workplace. These people make large amounts of money at the top however, they need to invest in training as well as adding more help for the over worked employees. Until they do that much , this company will fail its customers. News flash: you and your families health doesnt matter to trinity you are simply another warm body and pay check. I recommend using another health insurance company, they will not protect you. If they allowed me to throw away documents for as long as I did , think about the other rules that are being broken ! On your time and money .

    I have had nothing but bad experiences with this BILLING DEPARTMENT. my issue has been ongoing for more than 6 months, and still going. I have repeatedly called both my insurance as well as Trinity Billing Department. My insurance has given me ALL possible information in order to find the payments. After many hours of researching and dealing with this (this is the job of the billing department), I now know more than they do on how billing works...and still they are unable to just CALL my insurance and get confirmation and know exactly where their payments are. What a shame. All other doctors and services that I used during my visit have been successfully paid by my insurance (6 months ago), Trinity is the only one who has still not done their job and gotten paid. I have all voice recordings of my dealings with them and my insurance company and all information that payment was sent to them. All they have to do is call my insurance company and get paid.

    I gave birth in May 2020, paid the bill in full for which we were given a discount but, have yet to receive. At my 6 week after birth checkup I owed $600 for what the receptionist couldn't tell me. I had to call and insist they give me an itemized bill listing what this bill was actually for. I'm not sure I'm even done paying for the birth because I keep receiving bills for $500+ months after.

    Horrible customer service, been billed twice for the same bill the latest one 375$ been trying to get ahold of for 3 weeks now.. Multiple messages left and no response.

    Never, never, never pay up front for their services...if you overpay it's almost impossible to get a refund... customer service reps helpful but their hands are tied by management that is not accessible..very poor communication..
