      Hi James BellI'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our explanation that we were booked up for the season, especially since it is October and the season is almost over. We are very adamant about "quality over quantity" so that our quality doesn't suffer. As we explained on the phone, we would have been happy to provide an estimate for the work to be done in the spring, but unfortunately with the large amount of work you requested done, there wasn't enough time on the schedule this late in the season to complete it in a timely fashion and it wouldn't have been fair to you to lead you on to believe we could get it done that soon when we are certain that we couldn't. I wish you the best of luck finding the service provider you deserve.
