Farmers Insurance - Kelly Kinney

Absolutely horrible!!! Read other post I just made and you will understand.

Getting a homeowners insurance with Kelly was one of the best choices we made. You would think an insurance agent could be an aggressive sales person, but she was completely opposite. Very confident and professional. She explained things well, answered all the questions and addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

Always great costumer service. Kelly has been wonderful to work with and farmers has made the process of taking care of my claim easy and quick.

Kelly does a great job with picking what fits each individual clients needs. She also follows up with you to assure the plan is still the best available for you!

I was a client of Kelly's for 3 years. Kelly continually dropped the ball on our accounts. Kelly gave us a quote on our home owners policy, I paid the amount in Full that day, stupidly giving her my bank account number. 4 weeks later, i received a bill for $144 more. Kelly admittedly made an error on our policy, but we were still financially responsible for it. On our auto policies, she stuck us with a company called Bristol West, which is known for taking drivers with poor insurance scores, multiple tickets and drunk driving offenses. Kelly gave them our bank account number and they took money from our checking account on 2 separate occasions. I didn't authorize these withdrawals or give kelly permission to share my account with anyone else. I'm the one who caught these withdrawals and had to contact her to ask what they were for. Finally, I asked to clearly cancel two specific policies and leave my landlord policy alone, as it was set to run out and is transferred to a competent agent. Kelly just cancels it, even after seeing in writing to NOT. She is the most unprofessional agent I've ever dealt with, she doesn't communicate with her clients and will not take responsibility for her mistakes. Beware!
