Once in a while you meet someone who exceeds your expectationsRobert Hawthorne is one of those people. Along with being extremely knowledgeable about the services he provides, Robert goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients are able to make educated decisions and that they are satisfied with the outcome of those decisions. I can never thank him enough for educating me about the Medicare process and helping me choose a Medicare Advantage Plan. I found the process confusing, but Robert patiently explained my options and emphasized the importance of starting the process in advance of my 65th birthday. If I had tried to navigate that transition alone, not only would it have been time-consuming and frustrating, but I may have ended up with penalties and an inferior product. Recently I had an issue, and Robert got right on it. It was resolved quickly without me having to do anything but reach out to Robert. Robert is personable, prompt to reply to messages and he continues to monitor his accounts long after the signing for changes that may affect his customers.
