I called to order a specific oil seal from them.  Over the phone they explained that the part was out of stock, but that they could order it from their out-of-state warehouse and have it shipped directly to my house.  I would have to pay S&H, which would be the same if it was shipped to their store for in-store pick up.  I asked that the part be shipped to my house and asked how much the S&H would be.  The part was $12 and in a 4" box and under a 1/4 of a pound, so their estimated S&H cost of "less than $5" seemed reasonable.  I was surprised that their computers could process my order and shipment and run my credit card, but could not calculated the exact S&H cost.When I received the part in the mail, I found that I was charged over $9 for S&H - almost half the cost of the part.  I called their office and they had a number of reasons to justify the high cost ("fuels costs are very high now; UPS has raised their rates; we can't control our shippers charges; etc").  Eventually they agreed to refund the difference, but not the sales tax on the higher amount; they argued that this was illegal.  Since I can return something to a store and get a full refund - including tax - I tend to not believe them.Overall, I had to buy this part from this location, as I could not find anyone locally that carried it, but given a choice, I would avoid them if possible due to the overcharge, plus charging full S&H costs for an in-store pick-up order for an item out of stock.
