After driving 20 minutes we got there only to be greeted by a closed sign after google Sid they were open.

Well, what an experience. When we walked in there were 2 people working. There was a group of 6 waiting for there order at a table with sample spoons. We were greeted with someone yelling well be right with you after we were simply asked do you know what you want? I had never been there. I, after quickly scanning the menu, picked the Ferraro. I had no idea how any of it worked. It looked really cool. I was looking forward to a new experience and a new treat. I was very curious about all of the chalk boards, the dragons breath, everything. We were basically ignored after that. When we ordered, the young lady looked to her co-worker and asked if he could make it. She finished her order for the group first, picked up some metal bowls, dropped them in the back and proceeded to text, then make a phone call. Her co-worker asked her not to, but she did anyway. Once the co-worker finished he asked me what size I wanted. Mind you Ive had been there about 10 minutes already and they hadnt started our order. He then stopped what he was doing and greeted another customer while the other employee was on the phone. At this point I was over it. Its a shame this happened. I was trying to enjoy it. I will not be returning. What happened to customer service?

Store opens hours after online hours. Signed up for the text, got one saying $3 smalls. My kids were so excited! Nope, owner is going to give us a discount because it was a "mistake". No thanks, $21 for 2 kids ice creams.
