Jeremy and Casey are great! They did a great job diagnosing and fitting my Mom with new hearing aids and now I don't have to repeat everything I say to my Mom.

Casey Fletcher at Beltone Livonia is the BEST! I accompanied my husband to check his hearing and was incredibly impressed with the information Casey shared with us. I never really thought about the connection between our ears and our brains before. Casey is extremely knowledgeable, caring and patient. His friendly professionalism is readily apparent. He fitted my husband with hearing devices and convinced him to commit to the program. The difference in his ability to respond and be more involved in conversations is remarkable! At one point, my husband had a question and Jeremy responded quickly. Between the two, you can be assured that you are in the very best care for your hearing needs. Thank you Casey and Jeremy!

I had an appointment with Jeremy today to have my dads hearing aids cleaned. While there he also explained how the Hearmax app works. He answered all my questions and provided much helpful information. It was a real pleasure meeting with him!

Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Casey is my favorite, doesn't waste time, in and out. I like that! Helpful with any questions or concerns, great all-around attitude. The Lovinia office takes good care of me.

When I arrived at Beltones office and met with Casey Flecther, I had no idea how serious my hearing had declined. He was patient, caring and very knowledgeable dealing with my decline in hearing. With his expertise and professional manner, I have received the best care available. He truly cares about his patients and is dedicated to giving the best care possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase hearing aids.
