Walmart Online Pickup

They tried to substitute smaller, cheaper products than I ordered. When we pulled up and called the phone was busy for 10 minutes. Eventually had to grab a worker that was loading crates up to take back in the store. If it weren't for him, I could have sat there forever. Had to decline some items. Haven't seen a credit back to my account yet either.

The Online pickup is horrible!!! The associates who shop for your order always miss 5 to 8 items from your order. So when your order is brought out to your vehicle, you always have to throughly check your order to make sure you've received every item before you leave because your order will be missing a lot of items from your order. Which is beyond ridiculous! I believe I've used online pickup over 10 times and every time lots of items have been missing from my order and I've had to ask the associate to please go get the missing items. I also make sure to add substitutions to my order to make it a little easier for the associates to shop for my order but that hasn't helped either because I've still have a lot of items missing from my order every time I've picked up my online order. Wal-Mart needs to make sure the associates are verifying the entire order before bringing the order out to a customer. The online pickup needs tons of work.
