I actually work at the great clips next door and I ripped my contact! I walked in to see if they could help in any way, and they went above and beyond so I didn’t have to do haircuts blind today. My clients thank you too :)

Been going here for a couple years at various metro Detroit locations. Not had the worst experience but certainly not the best. Drove all the way there last year for an appointment only to be turned away. Earlier this week I called to schedule an appointment and asked if they took my insurance. The rep let me know they’d call me back once they knew, but they never did.

Worst costumer service very low experience of what they are doing semi-rude always getting wrong info about your insurance or they might doing this so they force you to pay high price even if your insurance covering always be carful from them and make sure about everything they made , and yesterday the front desk girl i waited for her around 1h and she didn’t show up again she was hiding inside the office for excuse that she have a phone call that’s really unprofessional and she just left without informing me im done with this place i hope the Managment see my review.
