        We have been dealing with MEI for many years. Their services are great. They are always there and on time when needed. The Staff is wonderful. Jerry is great. He comes out of his way to help solve any issue we have with the elevator.

        I am a commercial property manager who discovered MEI a few years ago and have never worked with a better elevator company! I have direct access to my account rep, Jerry, who is more than helpful and responsive. I can reach out to him anytime of day and we have built a fantastic working relationship. He recognizes the urgency of any issues we have and always finds a way to address it right away. We have handed over all of our multi-story buildings and will continue to use them in the future. Excellent service at a great price and you will never get lost in the shuffle. Highly recommend!
