Corporate can afford a backup generator for this place so prescriptions aren't held hostage every time the power goes out... which is pretty frequent around here. Staff is incredibly nice, especially considering the pharmacy is chronically understaffed and underpaid. Update: Some of the newer pharm techs are incredibly rude.

Jessica is absolutely beautiful. She went out of her way to help me take a photo off my phone which I had no knowledge of how to do. I recommend cvs to anyone!!! Thanks again Jessica!!!!!!!

This location is never stocked and the coolers are dirty. Nearly everytime I shop here I end up deciding on going elsewhere for pop, teas, and energy drinks. Do not recommend wasting your time if you want an ice cold drink.

I'm a long time, very familiar customer. I'm there almost daily. My first time seeing a cardiac doctor was this morning. Suspecting atrial fibrillation, my new cardiac doctor called in 3 common heart medication prescriptions this morning. I call CVS in the after noon, the guy says "...nothing called in yet" (hours after I saw it called in). I called back later today, "...we have only 2 of these. You will have to wait until TOMORROW for the other". By then, I was already arranging to have my PCP doctor order an emergency refill, but I figured I could last until tomorrow. Sent my caretaker to pick it up at 4 PM, she is told "... the store is open tomorrow, but the supplier won't deliver on weekends". By then my PCP was gone for the day. I go crazy. I'm like why did he tell me to pick up something tomorrow that wasn't gonna be there? I call the store back, hoping another CVS can fill it, the lady says, well, if you really need it, I can give you a partial bottle. It's heart meds I been repeatedly calling about... of course I really want it. I say "OK, yes, please", (because I might have acquired atrial fibrillation). She agrees, I ask how long 'till we can get it, she says 30 minutes. We arrived in 40 minutes, but we didn't leave the store for another 60 minutes waiting for them to fill it, then leave it on the counter for 20 minutes while we waited right in front of them. I was in obvious agonizing pain from my back the whole time. While waiting, they asked me how much mg dose they should fill it with. I replied with "the doctor called it in, why are you asking me"? It took 60 minutes longer than expected because, apparently, they found more supply, and decided to give me all 90 pills by splitting it into two orders, one for the partial fill she did for me, so now I got two bottles with 90 total. They got confused about the dosages when they did this split, and that's when they asked me how much I wanted. This was a new medication for me... how should I know? Also, because it was a new med for me, I got lost in CVS voice-mail hell trying to use the phone to check the prescription status. Seriously, this was one brain-fart after another over a drug used to prevent a stroke after suspicion of atrial fib. Look that up if you question the urgency. When calling the pharmacy, I suggest just keep pressing 0 to get through. Thanks', CVS!
