I believe you're targeting your hate and paranoia at the wrong office. I currently have an assistant who is 6 months pregnant and will be with us until she decides to leave for maternity leave. I am married with 4 kids, I would never discriminate against anyone wanting to start a family.

We just switched from AT&T to spectrum ring central. We are in the process of integrating Appointment reminders via text messages and online appointment scheduling. Your daughter most certainly had another cavity, that was clearly seen on her X-rays taken on 4/4/2018, on the same tooth that she had a previous filling on. It is not uncommon to have multiple fillings on the same tooth. Sensitivity after dental fillings is very common. The healing discomfort usually last a few days, just like what your daughter experienced. Any time you cut into human tissue, there is a healing period that follows, It's common sense. We offered you an opportunity to schedule your daughter an appointment, so that Dr. Hajji can show you the decay seen on her X-ray and explain to you exactly what was done. I am more than happy to still set up a free dental appointment to better help you understand your daughter’s dental treatment.Clearly this lady was upset because she received a dental bill from our office. She even tried calling her insurance company to report us. We provided the X-ray and information to her insurance company, and they were completely in agreement with us. We have been in practice, in Livonia, for the past 18 years. Our practice is held to the highest level with our patients, insurance companies, and the BBB. We make it a priority to get parents involved with their kids' treatment and know exactly what and why we are treating. You should have taken the time to get involved and understand your child's dental care, rather than posting false and hurtful reviews after the fact.The last time we treated your daughter was in 2018. We worked on your child's primary/deciduous/baby teeth, all of which have been exfoliated by now. Please provide documentation of what we "did wrong" and how it was fixed. I know you cannot, because it's not true. This defamation and completely false accusations are quite petty.

You have only been to our office twice, last visit was in 2021, for dental cleaning appointments only. I have not provided any other dental service for you. Not sure why you are writing a bad review about us since you have not been to our office recently. If anyone was rude to you, please let me know. We have a very friendly and helpful staff.
