        YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TRAINING. They have no idea what they are doing . Complete utter rubbish. 3 in bank visits 4 phone banking calls . 5 hours waisted, 3 weeks waiting on information being mailed and now Im told its not getting mailed. If I had 1$ for every time you guys asked me who told me that wrong info just for me say you guys your staff.. your branch. I could start my own credit union. Cant wait to switch my car loans and mortgage. Edit: all you can offer is waisted time coffee and apologies.
