Trinity Health System

My wife is an employee of Trinity Health Care. The only prescription coverage in the employee benefit is OPTUMRX. A company with an abysmal track record!!! We have problems annually with OPTUMRX. It is constantly one problem after another. Trinity Health should be ashamed as a Catholic health care provider to screw their employees over with such an atrocious beneficiary provider like OPTUMRX being the prescription coverage. It reflects horribly on Trinity Health. My wife is in a high demand financial position with the company. She gets recruited by other companies constantly, but likes her co-workers and stays put. If I had it my way, she would certainly seek a better position and job with another hospital system - options abound. Until then, I want to put people on notice. If considering a position with Trinity Health, keep in mind they nickel and dime the healthcare package and prescription drug coverage provided to employees as part of your benefits package. Look elsewhere if you have options based on demand in your field. Trinity Healths Catholic values are mere talking points when it comes to their own employees benefits. Sad!

Being built for a procedure that I haven't had done they said I seen a podiatrist in Grand rapids and I live here in southeast Michigan can look at my portal and see that I have not been seen this doctor but that don't seem to matter been fighting this since August and can't get any straight answer from him we'll see if my insurance will let me go to another network very sorry I have to leave. Love the doctors. They were very good but can't live with this billing problem. I was supposed to see a kidney specialist but won't go till this problem is taken care of
