      image This company has HORIBLE customer service. I do not recommend this company, especially if you operate a smaller company/business. We put in a service request on a machine we have had for over 10 years. Not only did they take our machine, but then they did not provide any follow up information about repairs or anything. After calling and emailing, I finally got a call back only for them to tell me that we have to enter into a $140/month contract to get our machine back. It's not worth it, as you can purchase your own machine with less hassle. Terrible communication.
