16th District Court – Livonia

The worst service ever. Does anyone answer the phones? I've tried to call soooo many times. And nothing. Bunch of fat lazy people working up there I'd assume.

I had a great judge I had two tickets for no proof of insurance or registration and I am homeless. I got these tickets for when I was taking my wife to the hospital I got pulled over by two state troopers. Instead of offering me assistance they said hand me your driver's license they came back about 5 minutes later gave me two tickets and said have a nice day. I had court yesterday I thought I was going to go jail but the judge was grate and cut my fine by half. Still don't know how I'm going to pay the 250 but was so scared of getting arrested. Because I take care of my disabled wife and I have no one to help. But the judge did everything she could for me and was very grateful. But Livonia state troopers are just scum. My wife was having heart attack because of blood clot came from lung. But instead of asking me what they could do to help they wrote me two tickets even though I explained to them the situation I was in.

The female magistrate doesnt even look at you when speaking. I dont care what honorable status she has, its rude, unprofessional, and I dont trust people who cant look me in my eye as they hand me a punishment! Not to mention the officer that gave me a ticket for talking on my phone on speaker with it in my hand! The hypocrisy is insane. I dont care what position you hold, if talking on the phone is a safety issue, then its a safety problem for ANYONE driving or diving and typing on a laptop EVERYDAY! I dont care that our hypocritical governor enacted this law, the people that enforce it are worse!!! And I dont care what your badge says, God doesnt like ugly. All you Livonia officers will get your karma for handing out tickets for things you do every single day ON AND OFF the clock! I dont care if its your job or not. Its HYPOCRISY at its finest! I also believe from my experiences that Livonia ONLY cares if 1. They can arrest or charge you and make money on you. Or 2. They NEED your assistance in an investigation that they can make an arrest on someone else and make money on them. Otherwise, they dont care about your calls and they dont care to help anyone. This city has got to start hiring professional people! Do me a favor and google Livonia police department. Click reviews. Try to add a review and read the message! I have NEVER seen this type of message when trying to leave a review ever in my history of using google! If that doesnt speak volumes about what type of people work for this city!!!!!
