        No garlic bread and warm up the sandwiches We love Subway the best. We will not come to Jimmy John's again

        Went through drive thru. Young lady over the speaker didn't let me get a word in to say my order with interruptions. Then found at window, everyone is laughing and having a good time. Well, no focus. They forgot my chips. I had to tap on the window to get their attention. Then when I got home, the sub I ordered WITHOUT lettuce had a ton of Lettuce on it, not to mention the bread was rock hard. I don't usually have problems at this store, but new faces are showing that they are not focused on their costumers and their quality of food. Disappointed.
