ATM is always broke

The ATM machine is broken again And the rude customer service through the drive-thru teller is unacceptable just trying to deposit money and I'm making a formal complaint to Huntington I'm coming to give money and be mistreated totally unacceptable.

Wow! I have never been the biggest fan of banks, usually using Credit Unions instead. But I came to this branch of Huntington to give it an opportunity to take care of a financial situation we had. From the moment we stepped in the Door to the end of business we conducted a few days later, Seniqua Robinson, the Branch Manager greeted us, and personally walked with us through the process, keeping us up to date every day. On top of that, she knew we had a deadline to meet, remaining cognizant of this throughout the whole process. Thank you, Seniqua! She represents Herself and Huntington Bank very well. I will continue to do business with her and her branch. She earned my trust. She also has efficient, kind, and Professional Staff. One standout to me, was Ashley, who also went above and beyond to relay messages and keep me informed. Seniqua and Ashley are a Powerteam at this Huntington Branch. I hope that Huntington gives the Kudos to Seniqua and her staff they deserve. Well done.
