I have used Prime Time for a hot water heater replacement and a furnace cleaning and inspection. From scheduling to completion everything was fast friendly and professionally done. Prime Time Heating & Cooling will be my go-to HVAC professionals when future service is needed.

Prime Time installed a new furnace for us about 4 years ago. That went well. So, when our A/C went out during the hottest part of the summer, we called Prime Time. They were able to get out to our house within a couple days. Kevin came out and within 30 minutes found the cause and fixed it (earwig getting between contacts). He explained what the problem was, gave us a couple extra tips on A/C maintenance. Their price was not low, but reasonable.

I did a good amount of research before selecting Prime Time Heating & Cooling to replace the two furnaces in our new house. Hiring this company was a great decision. As often comes w the terrirory when purchasing a house/moving, I've dealt with several contractors (for all sorts of different house-related matters) in a short period. Nobody offers the level of customer service that Prime Time does. There is something so comforting in knowing Kevin (owner) and his team are the people standing behind/in support of our furnaces. Kevin and the crew are a rare breed - so genuinely nice to work with. I'm an A-type personality, laced with lots of anxiety, which often results in my asking lots of questions and having lots of concerns. Kevin makes himself so accessible, and always makes a point to make me feel heard, validated, and takes his time to thoroughly explain options, mechanics, solutions, whatever it is (and he does so in a way that clients can actually understand). This is a family-owned company and they very clearly take pride in their workmanship and make their customers feel truly valued. Grateful I selected Prime Time.

They came out last winter and repaired our furnace in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. Come summer, the AC failed. Once again, they came to our rescue fast! Well, as we knew it was going to happen eventually, the AC died for good. Called Prime Time, and they responded immediately! In a few days, they not only removed the old system but had the new HVAC installed , and they made sure everything was up to code! At a very reasonable price I might add. All the people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks again, Prime Time!
