        Order of a Xmas gift two weeks before xmas. Gift was not even prepared to ship until mid Jan. No communication during the delay. Asked for updates and cancellation, no replies.

        Ordered on Dec 11. Not one peep from company. Had to create an account to see the status since it is Xmas eve and this is gift. Says Awaiting Fulfillment. Seriously disappointed. If they weren't going to get this done by Xmas they should have contacted us to make other gift arrangements since our guests were from out of town.
