The wait times here are ridiculous

First time donating today was a bit skeptical based on reviews and the fact that Ive never donated before, but I have absolutely no complaints. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Be prepared to be there a while (at least for your first visit), but the whole process was simple and I will definitely be donating again.

This location is the best or probably one of the best. They try to get you in and out there always pleasant and respectful. I have been a customer over 20 years this is my 4th location and out of them all Lincoln Park is the best.

A very comfortable atmosphere always nice people the staff and the people I sit next to. Since we're all in there doing the same thing donating to a greater good.

Told Tuesdays and Thursdays, come in for my second donation on the 5th was met with concerns for my arm for last visit. Like that wasnt their fault to begin with. Than told my bpm is a little too high. Great then make the visit less stressful and maybe it wouldnt be too high. Such a waste of time .
