PLEASE READ AND NEVER LOOK AT THIS PAGE! WARN ALL FAMILY OF THIS PLACE!! Roach infested! And Unsanitary no matter how much you clean. When I asked to break my lease, jack then said "pay three months more and I'll break it." (About 2 months earlier the lady in the office said she'll break it for me if they don't go away.) And blackmailed me by saying that hell evict me. Keep in mind that I have had 2.5 years of on time payments complained several times about the infestation. Nothing was done about the situation. A voice recording is present of the lady saying she'll break my lease. And will be used in court. Update. IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE DUE TO ROACH INFESTATION. THROW AWAY YOUR STUFF AND TURN IN YOUR KEYS. Rent payments won't stack up. THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY MORE IF YOU DONT. COUNTS AS OCCUPIED.

I lived there for 3yrs EVERY BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS, ROACHES AND VERMON EVERY SINGLE BUILDING & I'm not even joking about that either! They'll rent apartments with interior damages, they never fix anything my toilet wasn't functioning properly for my entire tenancy and there's zero intercoms and/or buttons on exterior of building to notify you of deliveries and stuff is left outside the building door unattended and gets stolen from the low life's in the complex, rent goes up every year and yet you can't get anything repaired properly! Basically this place NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED everything isn't properly up to building safety codes by the city and the state.....DO NOT RENT FROM INDIAN VILLAGE YOU'LL REGRET IT BIG time !! NO joke here just dishonest property management! Poor sanitation as well every building is filthy in the hallway and leaky basement with black mold growing up the walls as well! There was a shoot out my first week there had 3 ploice department to take care of the incident! Y'all don't wanna live there especially because it's unsafe for children of any age
