        My daughter has a very important western show at her college next weekend upon inspecting her chaps, we noticed there was a chap button missing on a brand new pair of chaps from the company, hobby Horse we called hobbyhorse, and they were unable to perform any type of expedited shipping after some Internet search we discovered the wire Horse we received excellent customer service on the phone. Weve already been given a UPS shipping label and I will have the missing button in my hands by Tuesday of this coming week, Im incredibly impressed with the ability to receive it quickly and the customer service was superior K Marin.
