I had most of my house painted and I love it. It looks so good and fresh looking. Love the colors I picked out and they look amazing on the walls. Had it all complete within a week and I'm happy with the final results. My walls had about 23 years of smoke on them and what a difference. No more stink, no more yellow. I will probably have them come back and paint my kitchen when I get to that point in my updates. Good people to have in your home, I was not concerned about having strangers in my house. First of all, Mary Kay was very unprofessional when talking to her on the phone and the language that was used blew my mind! My first impression of Mary Kay at my house during the estimate was very professional and they seemed very knowledgeable of what they were doing. However, after we chose them for our job and I stressed how I wanted it done during Christmas break since I am a teacher. Mary Kay was very unprofessional on the phone with discussing her personal problems and issues too me. Since it was before Christmas, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and even though it was very unprofessional. I decided to allow them to still do my painting of my for your job. We had a starting date of December 18th that was canceled (that Mary Kay told me was because other jobs took longer than expected) and rescheduled for December 28th. On the 28th when they arrived late and I asked how they were going to paint around my alabaster bowl ceiling fan. The painter said "no big deal if paint gets on it it'll only be where we can't see it". He explained how he paints around chandeliers and doesn't get paint on them. Long story short they left my house. When I called and talked to Mary Kay she said "I am so sorry I just f*** fired my brother-in-law and we are closing the business". I am very surprised to see their website still open and the business saying they are still open!!! I'm so glad they never started a painting job in my house and I wasn't stuck with them!
