The crew that came out to do the job were extremely professional, answered all my questions and did a top-notch job. Took my radon levels from ~20pCi/L to under 1pCi/L in short order. Very clean, professional install that will last for years and years. Highly recommended!! If we move and need a radon abatement system, we will be using Great Lakes Radon again for sure.

Best price in the area and they were very quick to schedule me in. All work was done within one day. There was an issue with the fan they had purchased and later that day the owner himself came and put in a new one. Great costumer service.

I had 10.1 - 11 Radon level read from SafetySiren Pro4 series. These guys gave me quote over the phone right away and actual price came under the quote once they did the work. Now my level is at 0.9!!! Amazing. I wasn't expecting this drastic drop. All the other places didn't even respond to my call or website quote inquiries. One company gave me quote over email after 3 weeks. Give these guys a call they are very responsive and certainly worked amazingly on my high radon house.

Our house floor plan has a tricky layout for installation. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even came out to my house to check out the layout, and then had the integrity to refer us to another provider when it was determined different installation technique would be more appropriate. Would recommend this company.
