      When you call and describe a vehicle as complete and say that it has the original catalytic converter and we have a driver come out and it does not have a converter at all as we tell you on the phone that the price will be different if the catalytic converter is not original or missing in your case it was missing we do not treat our customers that way my driver also informed me that you started getting a attitude and calling him names because the price was different as you were told on the phone it would be different if the converter was missing or aftermarket so please have a better day
