        A little ran down and a bit expensive especially when theyve got a driveway with a ditch through it that will bottom out your car and possibly knock your muffler off or something. Tends to be peaceful otherwise Nearby activities: Walmart is walking distance and it is walking distance from downtown Lapeer

        In fairness, I didn't see the inside of the motel, but the outside is old and looks run down. It appears to draw a class of clientele that is barely scraping by. The walkway needed to be cleared, cleaned, and trash removed. Windows and doors have seen better days and offer potentially limited safety based on appearance. It appears to be a no frills motel for clandestine stays or those without options.
