While we appreciate all reviews we receive we would like to offer some incite on what really happened. You received our name via your family member who was happy with our services. We offered to help fix your home so that you could sell your home not help your buyer. Your home has structural damage to the roof and needs to be fixed prior to selling in my opinion. Instead you wanted us to get into a contract with your realtor and new buyer and you. We offered u a deal to fix it and get it done in order to sell based on a repeat customer via your family. U didn't want to get the job done, you wanted us to paper push for u to get the home sale. There are no reputable business that will get in between a buyer, realtor and original homeowner, contractors are in the business to work on your home not get into the legalities of selling your home. To slander a small business that is not willing to get into the legalities of u buying and selling your home is my right. I have the right to refuse work when I see red flags which is what I seen. We also told your realtor we weren't willing to get into this mess, so best of luck.
