Bessette's was very kind and helpful during a really stressful time dealing with my insurance claim, especially Cindy in the office. But no matter who answered when I called, everyone was very patient and dealing with me.

I want to give a big shout out of THANKS to the entire Bessette's team. I stopped in today not even thinking about it being a busy Monday morning. Even though everyone was handling multiple tasks I was greeted quickly, and as assessment of my truck's damage was conducted. Thanks to Cindy, Mike and Mario for taken a stressful situation and making me feel like a valued customer. Best of all my truck is back to the way it was before my mishap. Although they did a beautiful job on the body work, when we got our vehicle back we immediately noticed our dash panel indicated our passenger rear door is saying that it's open, go back to open and close it... As I opened the the the dash indicates that the driver's rear door is open. We tell them immediately, they say they didn't do anything with that part of the car, the switch must be bad, if I buy the switch they'll put it in. Well it was nice the other day, I go to put my window down. My passenger rear won't work at all, but my drivers rear puts both windows down. I call them again and Mike says we didn't touch that it's probably your switch. Mike said the same about the door not wanting to show that it's closed. It didn't do any of this prior to bringing it to them and they don't want to make it right. Not very good business at all. Take my car to them and leave with more problems, I don't recommend that for anyone. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
