So far, I have really appreciated how Isaac has made a lot of effort to work with me in a very difficult situation, even stopping by to get documents while I am homebound as a caregiver. I had never heard of Tax Pros of Mid-Michigan before another contractor who worked on my house in 2024 had give me a card, but I fully believe that I will be satisfied with the results of a very detailed report. I will say that good communication is essential for good business, and I believe Isaac has demonstrated good communication to this point. Isaac was prompt to return my initial call, and quickly get started on what I need done, unlike a previous accountant, who I had asked to do the same project. The project that I need done is quite comprehensive and will not be done for a while yet (many weeks), but Isaac was very patient while I asked many questions before signing our contract. Im looking forward to updating my review, and even potentially including a photo or two.
