I went last year this palaces,they didnt do right my tax. The lady who did my tax put my money on her account

I got my taxes done here they was pretty good but I noticed that when you call them they don't answer the phone not knowing what the person wants but the biggest probably I have with NetZero is that with everything that's happened with the government shutdown I finally no that they over charge there customer's by at least $200 to $400 more than any other taxes place and that's why they want answer the phone so that they want have to answer questions like how much they charge for doing the service for you and basic questions about when you should be getting return's back and for that I will not be using thert services anymore
