        I took the free tour of the Michigan State Capitol. The building is beautiful inside and out. Overall, it was an interesting and informative experience. Any person of any age would enjoy it.

        Must visit place in Lansing, the state capital of Michigan is beautiful architecture Building. There are planned tours . If you are in groups of thats perfect. Even if you are small in number you can join any group. Its 1 hr guide tour. We arrived just before the tour started and were the only ones when it started (late afternoon on a Friday). Always like the tours as you get more info and history about the capital and state. We had a good time moving about the capital building and learning as we moved along. My daughter enjoyed a lot of about building.

        Our Lansing Jaycees host an Easter egg scramble event every year on the capitol lawn. The staff are good at making sure we're set up and comfortable.
