        There was so much snow and ice on the U-Haul windshield that I had to shovel off myself. The back of the truck was frozen and had to figure that out myself. The moving pads that I rented and needed ended up being zip tied/locked so couldnt even use them. Would not recommend this location.

        I came in early on a Tuesday to get a tow hitch wiring replaced expecting to be pushed back a couple days. The team was able to get me taking in right away and I was well taken care of. This is definitely the place to go in Lansing if you need a tow hitch put on. Well done team U-Haul.

        Extremely bad experience. They charged me for 5 gallons of fule for a truck that only drove 7.2 miles. They claimed they were going to remove the extra charge but didn't. Really shady shop.
