        Worst service I've ever experienced. Had to harass them to even get them to answer their phones which only one person ever did. Nobody in office during business hours, not even a secretary. I wouldn't be surprised if you thought this was a rent scam shop because by the end of everything it felt like that to me. I regret sending them any of my information.

        I would give them less than one star if it were possible. Eric is a real crook. His dishonesty cost our family a bunch of grief and money. I will avoid all dealings with this business in the future and would not recommend them to anyone.

        They have to many surprises that you find out after closing. They are hard to deal with. We would not recommend them at all. Eric is a very dishonest person. If we see a home that is listed with him as the agent, we wouldnt even mess with viewing it without an attorney. If theres something bad about the home he will just say enough to make it sound good but then he will keep your focus away from that area , and when approached about it he completely denies it. Its all in how he words it. He doesnt call it a lie but it definitely is not the truth. If he gets caught, he will throw his client under the bus. Hell make remarks like I didnt know, or you were supposed to find out for yourself, or make it appear like he also doesnt agree with it but is only doing what hes asked to etc. I have dealt with many many realtors in my life and there are much more honest ones than him out there. He is a trap. Eric, there is still time to repent and turn to God. It would completely change your character.

        We worked with Annemarie. She's amazing! She got the scoop on all the properties we were interested in. She really worked hard---and worked hard FOR us. It's so hard to find a realtor who doesn't just view you as a time sink. We ended up not buying, but when we enter the market again, we're for sure going to work with her again.

      I am sorry you feel that way, Brett. When you called this afternoon, I was trying to tell you that there was a rental property available at a sister company. Unfortunately, you did not seem interested in hearing what I had to say. We've spoken every day since Monday, when you dropped into the office without an appointment while we were out at other scheduled appointments. I understand that looking for housing can be frustrating, but we have been upfront and honest with you since we first talked on Monday. You were not the first applicant for the property on the property you inquired about, and I told you yesterday the property had been rented but was looking into other homes that might meet your qualifications. I found one, and processed your application today. I was ready to get you over to the other home asap as yesterday you indicated you were in a hurry to move. I don't know what more we could have done for you. It is unfortunate that it didn't work out.
