The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy. The doctor I saw never directly answered any of my questions. I asked her if the triglycerides on my blood test included both good and bad fats. She is useless to me if she can't educate me by answering my questions. I'm currently trying to cancel an appointment, but every time I press 6 on the keypad, the system acts as if I didn't press anything. Not sure if it's my phone or their system. Either way I'm irritated. I'm sure I'll be considered a no show and will be charged. Sick people don't have the patience or energy to deal with this kind of stuff.

They refuse to call in for my testosterone refill because they called it in to the wrong Pharmacy to begin with and was never filled, they can contact centerwell pharmacy and verify that it wasn't filld and call it in to Forest Community Pharmacy has always provided me with this prescription there is nothing complicated about this but my every request for this refill became an argument, they are not capable of resolving a simple task. On Friday morning of Dec 24th I was reluctantly assured by carol's assistants that my prescriptions will be called in by the end of the day, in a hostile fashion, by the end of the day come to findout testosterone wasn't called in, I scrambled and called Forest community health center by then it was close to 5 pm the person that I talked to she had some confusing theories about my testosterone refill, and I wasn't about to listen to her clueless resolution for my delayed testosterone refill fiasco

I really like my doctor Dr. Michael Oneka. He takes his time and listens.
